My favorite part of summer is the smell of fresh cut grass and watching fireflies.
This summer has gone by so quickly. I don't remember spending any summer evenings on my screened in porch, away from mosquitoes, watching the fireflies. I'm not sure where the summer went but most of it was spent preparing for my trip to Trinidad. I guess I did have problems with allergies every time I mowed the yard so I didn't spend anymore time outside.
Tonight I will mow my yard and see if my allergies will be ok for me to set aside some time to enjoy the cool summer evening. I hope to see fireflies!
